Tiramisu Sunrider

Ingredients (for seven small glasses):
33 oz. Calli® Regular
33 oz. warm water mixed with two packs of Fortune Delight® Raspberry
1 pack ladyfingers
1 cup mascarpone
Cream (optional)
1 pack VitaShake® Cocoa

Directions:
• Mix mascarpone with cream (optional) and sweeten to taste with choice of sweetener (optional).
• Prepare ladyfingers by alternately dunking them into Calli® and Fortune Delight®.
• Serve in seven glasses, layering alternately with mascarpone and soaked ladyfingers, ending with a layer of mascarpone.
• Cool for 2–4 hours.
• Sprinkle with VitaShake® shortly before serving.

Spicy Sunrider Guacamole

(Serves 4)

1 packet NuPlus® Original
2 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
salt and black pepper to taste

For added protein, throw in diced cooked shrimp or even a boiled egg!

Directions
Mash avocados in a bowl until desired consistency is reached.
Mix NuPlus®, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, and jalapeno into the mashed avocado.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Italian Soup

Italian Soup

1 lb Italian sausage (remove the casing)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Potatoes (peeled chopped cubes)
2 Carrots (peeled chopped cubes)
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 Onion Chopped
4 c Chicken Broth
1 bunch kale (wash it with SunSmile Fruit & Vegetable Rinse)
2 Quinary 10 pk
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 pinch Chili Flakes
Optional:
1 pk Bacon (Center Cut)

Saute Italian sausage until golden brown (drain excess oil on a separate pan). Saute olive oil, onions, garlic, Italian sausage, potatoes, carrots, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste and then add chicken broth (you can add 1c water if it’s too salty or spicy), when it boils and the potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat and add Quinary and kale. (Serve while it’s hot.) (Option: add bacon on top and a dash of heavy cream or half and half)
